Rev. Jordan Harris
Rev. Jordan Harris is the Pastor of First Community UMC and Connexion UMC. As a queer person of color Rev. Jordan brings a diverse, grounded perspective to ministry — shaped by storytelling, relationship-building, and a deep belief that church should be a place where everyone belongs.
Jordan holds a Master of Divinity and Master of Theology from Boston University School of Theology, and has led Connexion since 2018 and First Community since 2026. Beyond the local church, Jordan co-chairs the Commission on Queer People's Status for the New England Annual Conference and serves as Board President of East Somerville Main Streets.
